Create setup scripts for network cameras #5

Setup scripts have been created for usb cameras, but network cameras will 
require different steps.

1. Identify and script setup steps for new network cameras, using the 
calibration procedure currently used by usb cameras.
2. Name all camera setup scripts to indicate whether they are usb, network, or 
shared. For instance, udev rules apply to usb, network names apply to network 
cameras, and calibration is shared.
3. Add a complete setup guide to the wiki.

I would recommend on working on this directly on the integrated
system. This will mean a few changes.
