Compilning and Importing Errors #18

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Compiling the tex file using the Quick build method produces some errors, 
such as:

line 117 - \tocvsec2.sty       "undefined control 
sequence.<argument>\tableofcontents".

line 117 - \tocvsec2.sty       "command\tableofcontents already defined"

and "unknown graphics extension .eps" for all figures.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
another issue while trying to import the .tex to lyx document, the error 
message shows "An error occured while running: tex2lyx -f "thesis.tex" 
"thesis.lyx".
if u have the lyx format, it would be great if u upload it.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using version 2.7

Please provide any additional information below.
Operating System: Win 7 64 bit and 32 bit 
Also on Fedora 16 and win xp the same errors

The figures wont be appeared in the pdf if I used Quick build compiler

This is not a bug related to the UTM thesis class file. It is related to your 
TeX installation and setup.

Please post your problems in the discussion board, we will help you there.
