BibTex numbering style does not render "month, year." after booktitle for inproceeding entry #7

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Given a BibTeX inproceedings entry:

@INPROCEEDINGS{inproceedings:1,
  author    = {Floerkemeier, C. and Lampe, M.},
  title     = {RFID middleware design - addressing application requirements
and RFID constraints},
  booktitle = {Proceedings of Joint SOC-EUSAI conference},
  address   = {Grenoble, France},
  organization = {SOC EUSAI},
  pages     =  {219--224},
  month     = "12--14~" # oct,
  year      = {2005}
}

utmthesis-numbering.bst is expected to produce:

Floerkemeier, C. and Lampe, M. RFID middleware design - addressing
application requirements and RFID constraints. Proceedings of Joint
SOC-EUSAI conference. 12-14 October, 2005. Grenoble, France: SOC EUSAI.
2005. 219-224.

But currently it does not include "12-14 October, 2005." after booktitle:

Floerkemeier, C. and Lampe, M. RFID middleware design - addressing
application requirements and RFID constraints. Proceedings of Joint
SOC-EUSAI conference. Grenoble, France: SOC EUSAI. 2005. 219-224.

What version of the product are you using?

Fixed in r263.

The current behavior for inproceeding (conference) entry,

if month is not empty, then "month, year" appears after booktitle.

   conference. 12–14 October, 2005. Grenoble, France: SOC EUSAI. 2005. 219–
   224.

If month is empty, then "year" does not appears after booktitle since it looks 
odds
because "year" already appears once before pages.
