include identity metric (and other GAM features) in GAF output #15

Looking at the GAF output, I don't find the "identity" metric that's output in GAM.

Would it be possible to ensure the same set of output entities in both GAF and GAM?

Sure, I added identity, divergence and number of mismatches in 1b84cf5. I didn't find a standard tag for identity, is there one? It uses "id:f:" right now
