Hi Mikko,

if you are interested, I can send you the data (a few gigs) behind this segfault if you want to debug this:

I also meet the same issue when trying to align HiFi reads to a pangenome graph. 15 out of 47 jobs report something like: Signal 11. Read: m64043_191227_185626/65209118/ccs. Seed: 28207761+,6317,15,116
