Verify description of Xenomai vs. Adeos. vs. RTNet vs. RTDM... #148

I've described to Andrew how the overall system works. To the best of my
knowledge, my description is accurate. However, I am not 100% sure on how
everything works together, so I should spend some time verifying (or
invalidating) the accuracy of Andrew's sketch of our system.

Ummm... looks like RTNet (and the e1000e driver) actually runs in Xenomai
kernelspace. RTDM is still the interface allowing SOEM to talk with RTNet,
however.

RTNet and RTDM came from RTAI, where everything used to be kernelspace-only (at
least drivers were like this). Hence, even though Xenomai itself is more like a
microkernel than a monolithic kernel, RTNet still runs in kernelspace.
