Intermittent failure to connect 2 Routing nodes properly when run on Linodes #1
There is an RUDP issue which only appears on Linodes (i.e. direct-connected routers) which causes 2 peers to only successfully connect one-way. i.e. one receives the other's validation data and registers the peer as connected, but not vice versa.
