contributor agreement? #229

According to Paige at LibrePlanet 2015, the presence of the CONTRIBUTOR file is a mistake.

It's something we are working with at the moment, our priority is minimum GPL3 for sure, but any additions are under review such as contributor agreements etc. It's a developing world so looks like this will be something removed as we are moving forward. At the moment most effort is in launch as all these issues are the polar opposite of simple. So GPL3 is not debatable (apart from the usual) at the moment, but additions are questionable is maybe how to look at it.
