Web Hosting Manager v0.1.1 should be branded #221

Branding is missing from the Web Hosting Manager. Nothing on the [Home] or menus appears to state "SAFE".. nooblike confusion might follow from what application that is.

Also, perhaps all mention of "SAFE" should have tooltip suggesting "Secure Access For Everyone".

The UI is being reworked right now. Will keep this passed to the team as an input to consider in the upcoming design.
