WHM 0.4.4 - deletes more files than asked! #345

I have two simlilarly named files in a sub-directory of the www-root:

js/solid-safenetwork.js
js/solid-safenetwork.js.map

If I delete the first, the second is deleted at the same time!

I think there are also problems with uploading a sub-directory into the www-root.

If I try "Upload directory" from www-root, and choose a folder, it uploads the content of the folder into www-root, rather than creating a sub-directory in www-root and uploading to that.
