#7: TCP keepalive tests #19

Implements netsim based TCP keepalive tests. Without netsim writing such automated tests would be impractical: maybe we could achieve that with iptables but such tests would be cumbersome. Addresses: #7

We don't want unstable dependencies like netsim at this moment.
