Update list of repos, mark or remove unmaintained ones #107

For example config_file_manager (crust as well?) is unmaintained. I would say let's strikethrough the row in the table.

Partly addressed in #112. Some crates still need to be archived (routing_sims, socket-collection, tokio_utp, maybe more?), and I didn't check whether the list of crates was up to date.
