Summary of changes

Bring Crust info back on to page
Add PARSEC section on to page
For each technology section: --- Add Github repo links --- Add docs.rs links --- Add crates.io links
Prototype of clickable network heirarchy diagram/menu (disabled/commented-out for moment)

Testing Requirements - Core Tecnhnology page All links open correct sections for:

docs.rs
crates.io
