Steps to reproduce:

Go the Start Developing page and click on any platform (.net, xamarin, android..)
Click on any of the side headings
The page does not scroll smoothly when redirecting to the respective title

There is an issue with page alignment when clicking on the side panel items. The page moves to appropriate section but the header is not correctly aligned at the top of the page. Eg, clicking on "Connecting to the mock network":

This issue is having an impact on the Core Technology page as well.
