Sorry @dirvine, I hadn't noticed your PR when I was preparing https://github.com/maidsafe/lru_time_cache/pull/112.

I still decided to raise it because it will be more consistent with how we are doing it in our other repos.

I'm closing this PR, if you don't mind.
