Add support for iOS build targets #48

This is an update of #46 by @dbrgn which introduces support for iOS builds.

The main changes are:

merged some code which was duplicated in the build script
applied a couple of compiler options to the iOS targets which are in the original libsodium script for iOS
fixed a compiler warning which is only triggered with Rust >= 1.21
disabled the systest from the Travis CI script, since an issue in a dependent crate is causing this to fail
