chore(launchpad): popup crate and del unused code #2009

Description

We deleted unused code (tabs and options crates). We created popup crate and added there all the used popups.

Minor UX tweaks

Title spacing and paragraphs. Code that will change once the UI concept will be implemented.
Count of number of Nodes.
