safenetwork.wiki site was recently taken offline, but a link to Guaranteed Vault Identification on it remains in the FAQ page under https://safenetwork.tech/faq/#what-is-data-deduplication

Discussed with marketing and agreed the resolution should be to tweak the FAQ wording to miss out the reference to Guaranteed Vault Identification and just have that sentence as ‘Vaults also use hashes to identify themselves (known as Guaranteed Vault Identification).’ No link then required

Verified that CI now passes, the broken link has been removed and the text has been updated as had been agreed in description
