Press kit: PARSEC Whitepaper download link opens in same browser tab #216

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to Netlify preview https://deploy-preview-205--keen-stonebraker-bb1a10.netlify.com/press-kit/
  2. Click on "Download" link for PARSEC Whitepaper.

Expected: PDF opens in new browser tab (as is existing behaviour on safenetwork.tech/press-kit). Actual: PDF opens in current browser tab.

This has a knock on effect of disrupting the browsing history of the tab. After the PDF has opened in the same tab there is no record of the proceeding page (Press Kit) so if user navigates eg Home page > press kit > whitepaper then clicks "back" on the browser they will navigate whitepaper > home page: image There is no entry in the browser history for the previous page.

Whitepaper PDF now opens in new tab and browsing history is maintained in previous tab. image Closing and moving to QA Verified.
