Browser Small size (1000 - 1300 wide), at bottom of page, the Always Free to Access box:

Expected (as shown in Figma): Box is same grey as the New Digital Economy section above. image Actual: Box is white. image

The box referenced above is now showing grey at S browser size as expected:
