Remove mentions of PARSEC
Some general updates to text in various places to reflect current project status.
Note that I have deliberately hidden rather than removed some parts such as the medium & subscribe option as I assume they will become active again.
What this PR does not contain:
It does not replace the mentions of PARSEC with AT2 and CRDT - left this to be part of a wider write up about both.
It does not replace of vaults with nodes - discussions ongoing internally on what to name this at the front end so waiting until that is finalised before updating.
It does not rewrite FAQs fully to match current status
A bigger review of the website content needs done in the near future but it seems best to wait until some moving parts are nailed down.
