make requests form require auth #137

currently it does not reuire you to be logged in i believe, link only available when logged in.

but to help avoid spam wee should probably change this

Looks like commit fdef48041d83a07356582b7c95982a8d1203c1f9 resolves this issue.

Do you think the same restrictions should be placed on the requests list? Even though its technically not required it feels a little more consistent. Either that or making the link available when users are not logged in?

@Brett78 your quite right probably fixed it while i did something else :)

I think either would be fine, in a way i guess there is no reason why the public needs to see the page so perhaps restrict that as well if you like.

I set that page up dead basic so if you think its missing anything feel free to add things.
