Add note about plugin deprecation #36

Hi @maier 👋-- I was wondering if you'd be willing to add a note to the vagrant-alpine README and archive this repository now that the plugin has been integrated into Vagrant core.

This will hopefully prevent some confusion/duplication since Alpine guest issues can be addressed in the main Vagrant repo.
