Update Avatar Builder to remove desaturation #171

I don't use the GDE Avatar builder because, while I makes a nicely badged avatar, it desaturates my actual photo. I understand that that might be done for color safety, but the most important part of my avatar is not the GDE logo, the most important part is me.

I would probably use it if it was updated to include the badge over my saturated photo, using the current translucent text protection.

I agree. Another lovely feature would be to be able to have a download button to download the image with the GDE Logo on it.

I have a GDE avatar builder that uses CSS3 and imports the g+ profile pic, it's hard coded to my profile, but I'll work on this next week =)

To use it:

You change your g+ profile pic with the picture of your choise.
log to the GDE avatar builder and it will show your g+ pic with the nice overlay.
take a screen snapshot and crop the image (the download function might take a little more time)
