total_impact not being updated #177

I believe that the total_impact is not getting recalculated when the impact in activity metadata is being updated.

ok it was an observation based on looking at this

Where the first post when I looked at it a while before has 10,000,000 in its impact column and a little latter was at 100,000 and was still at the top of the list. I did not look at the resharers etc ... expect I jumped the gun and did not want to forget to put it up for further investigation.

double checked on the client side too and everything works as expected (reaupdated my test post so that is not the 2nd most impactful :) )
