Region/Country Chart #199

For the Googlers view, add a new Chart "block" (table + barChart) with region as a filter and country as the group column (like what have been done for product and activity type)

Region and country are on the account so account data need to be mapped when creating the "Region" activities. To do so, Accounts are loaded from the Util class once instead of from the startController everyTime.

@patt0 Already Implemented but forgot to deploy in the staging environment. Deploying it later so that we can submit it to the Googlers and get a feedback from them.
