Bootloader doesn't work

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install the bootlaoder for AtMega 644p (version with "p")
2. Try to compile a programm an uplaod it
3. AVR Dude says all time different errors.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I think it should work, but AVR Dude says that it is "out of sync" or expectet 
0x14 but get's something else.
Most time it says ther was a protocol error

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Used Version: Arduino 1.0 with newest avr-netino
arduino 1.0.3 with newest avr-netino
All time with Windows 7 (64bit)

please give me more information:
- Have you made the AutoReset mod?
- Have you exchanged the Mega32 with Mega644p
- How did you programm the boot loader?
-- what hardware
-- what software
- how is your serial connection?
- could you try an other software?

Hi,

yes, I have made the AutoReset mod. First Time I tryed it with the MAX232 mod 
but it doesen't work, than I tryes it direktly on the RS232 con and it works 
now.
I have only a Mega644p, so I can't test it with a Mega32. First time I tryed to 
install the bootloader with the Arduino IDE. Second time I used avrdude 
direktly. Both times I got the same error messages.
My programmer is a USBTiny. Other Megas I can flash with it an use with the 
Arduino IDE. So I think my serial connector is working corect.
