align without zoom or only zoom after being vertically and horizontally aligned #18

The target might be lost if camera zooms (fast) on a target at the edge of the camera image. It is less likely to happen if the target is closer to the center, i.e. vertically and horizontally aligned.

Zoom may be disabled manually since 37d06767d7fc65b8880a3923c69de64e27177472
