Drop a stray period #961

It caused an almost empty first doc page.

Well...

I am ok that this period should not exist. But that does not make any almost empty first doc page in my use case. Or maybe I don't understand what do you mean by empty first doc page..

It's the reledpar.pdf, 2023/07/20 v2.25.5.

Ah, in the handbook, not in the file who uses reledpar.

I merge but I won't release, as it is a minor issue.
