Set Subsonic logo as default screensaver image when screensaver starts up and when song with no cover art image plays. Also fixed bug in function SetScreenSaverCoverArtUrl, in which SD and HD URLs were reversed.

I'm not sure what you mean by the blank-image bug. Please elaborate.

I rtred to use the xx_overhang images, but the aspect ratio was off-- squished horizontally. Probably a relativistic effect :) We can try to figure out why it does that.

I'll look at the m.default_xx lines later and get back to you.
