I updated a large selection of mods reasons are

I also added a file to keep track of mod versions and sources

This pull leaves 167 instanced of the outdated functions, the biggest offenders are the shooter, ranged weapons, and mobs mods; all of which are heavily modified for this game.

I rejected due to many missing crafts. Remember, I changed everything, duct tape is used in many crafting and I rewrote default nodes and tools. It cannot be just swapped out for new code. There are way too many inter-dependancies between code. I will update myself.
