Mob death animations #129

Many mobs are lacking the correct death animations and the few ones which do have one have it pretty much broken.

This should be fixed.

I just went ahead and disabled the death animations for all mobs except snow golem because the death animation for these mobs was just awful and broken.

The death animations can be of course re-introduced at any time, if a way is found to implement them in a working (!) manner. ;-)
