Wolf updates

• 1/3 taming chance
• Change textures (use Faithful)
• Smaller collision box
• Add dyeable collar for tamed wolves
• Increase wolf spawning
• Rightclicking tamed wolf toggles between standing still and roaming
• Remove tamed wolf rightclick formspec
• Other behaviour tweaks and bugfixes
• Fix: Don't randomly rotate wolf after taming
• Make tamed wolf attack targets that player attacks

Please fix #26 before merging this (for real this time).

I cannot figure out how to fix with command line. I'm getting frustrated.
