Slightly tweak size
Fix enderman eyes (fixes #29)
Make enderman randomly take and place particular types of blocks
Make enderman spawn on more types of blocks
Change entity ID to mobs_mc:enderman
Faithful textues
Slightly change sound
Teleportation code (unused so far)
