This PR does the following:
Add cats (=tamed ocelots)
Make ocelots tamable (raw fish (multiple species) and raw chicken)
Rename ocelot/cat textures / model
Fix textures
Smaller size
Increase spawn rate
Sometimes spawn 2 ocelot kittens next to a spawned adult
