I've just upgraded to 0.47. Seemed to go fine with the exception of the following error near the end:

Installing Munin (system monitoring)... Command '['/usr/bin/ldns-signzone', '-e', '20200828', '-n', '/etc/nsd/zones/my2nddomain.co.uk.txt', '/tmp/Kmy2nddomain.co.uk.+007+09981', '/tmp/Kmy2nddomain.co.uk.+007+32648']' returned non-zero exit status 1.

While it doesn't seem to be doing any harm, it's not new to this version as it also occurred when I updated to 0.46 - https://github.com/mail-in-a-box/mailinabox/issues/1778#issuecomment-642897649

Command '['/usr/bin/ldns-signzone', '-e', '20201030', '-n', '/etc/nsd/zones/frxxx.fr.txt', '/tmp/Kfrxxx.fr.+007+18558', '/tmp/Kfrxxx.fr.+007+33359']' returned non-zero exit status 1.

for me it was some custom dns entries. after fixing / deleting entries the error went away.

It can be caused by a typo in the dns entry. I can't remember what exactly it was in my case, but the entry was accepted by the webpage but puked on ldns-signzone
