Issue Template & Labels & Milestones #721

Let's create an issue template for Mail-in-a-Box's GitHub Issues and the Discourse-Forum to solve Problems easier and more structured ;)

We should ask for the following informations:

Labels:

First - we already have labels. But we don't use them  I think we should give every Issue a label.

Milestones:

I think we should use the Milestones, for new versions ;) M1, M2 and M3 are not really up-to-date ;)

Pick one (templates, issues, or milestones)....

I've created an Issue Template: https://github.com/mail-in-a-box/mailinabox/pull/794 For the labels, it would be nice to give every Issue detailed labels like Enhancement, Bug, Design, Feature:ownCloud, Feature:ActiveSync, ... which we could assign to the single issues. If you don't have time for such moderating stuff - I would like to offer to take on this task 😉

Same for the Milestones. I think we should assign Issues (at least PR's) to specific Milestones (like v0.18) to see when they should be integrated. That would make the whole repository more organized.

What do you think? @JoshData

And again: I am not only crying for new stuff and features. I'd also like to help by myself, and take over tasks and responsibilities. 💂

I created a bunch of labels after you posted this issue. Not sure that we need any more. It's also hard to think about milestones when I'm just trying to keep up with what needs to go in the next update.

I'll comment on the PR over there.
