Mailchimp PHP Notice on WooCommerce Import tax rate page

Posting this on behalf of one of our WooCommerce testers.

Describe the bug Mailchimp PHP Notice is displayed within Query Monitor plugin when navigating to WooCommerce Import tax rate page with MailChimp for Woocommerce plugin installed & acivated.

To Reproduce

• Install & Activate Query Monitor Plugin
• Install & Activate Mailchimp Plugin (we used the WooCommerce onboarding wizard)
• Go to WooCommerce Import tax rates page ( wp-admin/admin.php?import=woocommerce_tax_rate_csv )
• PHP notice displayed in Query Monitior

• Plugin version: Mailchimp – 2.4.0
• WooCommerce version: 4.2.0 RC 1 (Also seen in 4.0 & 4.1)
• Wordpress version: 5.4.1
• PHP version: 7.3.17

Other Environment Details: Windows 10- Google Chrome (Version 81.0.4044.138) Mac Mojave -10.14.6 -Safari(v13.0.5 )
