When the error "Mailchimp for Woocommerce has not added the webhook to Mailchimp" displays, it could be related to a couple of different situations with your hosting environment.
As a first step, reply with your store URL and enable remote diagnostics in the plugin by going to the Settings tab -> and checking the Remote Diagnostics box and we'll take a look. If that doesn't work, we'll want to investigate further with your hosting provider as noted.

Hi, I've got this message on my admin board : Mailchimp for woocommerce has not added the webhook to mailchimp. Even if I synchronize, the message keeps displaying. Tried on local and hosted at OVH servers. I have no cache plugin and I'm using Wordfence but the error was already here before I install Wordfence.
Is there a solution ?
