SOGo Integrator doc improvements #158

There are two source of documentation regarding the SOGo Integrator, one targeted at the admin and one targeted at the Thunderbird users.

For the admin-targeted one, the "Install it in Thunderbird" lacks quite a bit of detail. E.g. you have to set the default account correctly in Thunderbird before installing the plugin. I recommend to link to the user-targeted documentation instead, which contains more detailed instructions. This also avoids duplicate documentation.

The user-targeted documentation could take two minor improvements IMO:

(Note: I might create a PR for that later, but I want to get my mail setup done first)

Thanks for the comments. Please do submit a PR to fix any errors and incompleteness you find. I guess Integrator is not used by that many people (other than me, who wrote up the documentation), so an easier, more complete documentation could help.

After real practice with SOGo Integrator (and Connector for TB68+) I can say that it sometimes work unreliable and have lacking functions. Yes - it support "Push" from and to server stuff. But you can't choose what and where to sync and like mentioned before it rely on correctly configured Thunderbird account before installing SOGo Connector. From that point maybe better create documentation for more customizable and reliable plugin as: TbSync and Provider for CalDAV & CardDAV? At least from my point of view TbSync not rely on any Thunderbird configured accounts, provide ability to choose what to sync and how to sync and actually report any status and details what is going with DAV integration. Update: In addition this resolution will remove unnecessary headache with admin part at all. It flow put all configuration on clients, but Autoconfiguration discovery work good, so it easy to setup stuff. And another: "Integrator/Connector feature: install listed in version.csv plugins automatically" can't work correct at same time for both TB60 and TB68, and for some people not work at all due strange bugs with TB Account and SOGo plugin.

https://github.com/jobisoft/DAV-4-TbSync/issues/125#issuecomment-534969302 suggests that TbSync will eventually be part of the official Thunderbird. https://github.com/jobisoft/DAV-4-TbSync/issues/126#issuecomment-534968227 says automatic configuration is coming. Until that is available, I‘d still recommend SOGo Connector for its relatively easy setup. Also, improvements to the current documentation are very welcome.

Thunderbird seems to have gained decent built-in support for calendar and contact information sync, so SOGo Integrator isn't required any more. The documentation has already been adjusted accordingly.
