The guide now refers to official Apple documentation since steps vary between different macOS / iOS versions. Also added steps for configuration profiles with app passwords.
This probably fixes #766 -- the steps described there don't work on macOS 15 (Sequoia) anymore, that's why I linked the Apple docs.
