Prior to placing the issue, please check following: (fill out each checkbox with a X once done)

Description of the bug: What kind of issue have you exactly come across? When you use aliases in SOGo, the from name is the Full name of the mailbox its assigned to. Far as I'm aware there's no place to edit that to something else eg from Firstname Lastname <feedback@domain.com> to Feedback <feedback@domain.com>

Reproduction of said bug: How exactly do you reproduce the bug? Happens to any alias I add to a mailbox

I have tried or I do... (fill out each checkbox with a X if applicable)

Go to the Mailcow UI -> Configuration -> Mail Setup -> Mailboxes -> Edit (on a Mailbox) and you'll see the field to edit the name as the very first field in the next screen!

That edits the name of the mailbox and it's primary email. I want to individually change the name of a alias in SOGo. As you have a 'from' drop down when you have added aliases but they all use the email name, it seems. Which comes from the mailbox name.

Ah, I get it. You'd like the ability to have different real names for alias addresses in the SOGo "from" field. I don't think that's possible. I don't know if it's doable or if this is a SOGo limitation. Andry will have to chime in...
