Edit trigger for the quarantine notification mails #4016

I didn‘t really found a way to accomplish this, so heres a little feature request.

Can you make it possible to select when a quarantine notification mail is send? So i can select a timer, that for example every five hours (if there is a new spam mail) a message is send. And to say for what. For me for example i don‘t need a mail which tells me, that i have a new mail in my junk mail folder.

Sincerely Lucas

Hi,

For information you can simply exclude your domain from the quarantine system: Configuration & Details > Configuration > Quarantine > Exclude domains and alias-domains:

Hope it'll help.

You can only choose between 'never, hourly, daily or weekly' for quarantine notifications Maybe it's possible to set a custom value like we do it for the ratelimit @andryyy?

Where can I find this setting (hourly, daily etc.)? In settings->quarantine there is no such.

Ok, found it. It is per mailbox setting.

Would definitely like to see somewhere where i can set it to immediately send a notification to the user who received a quarantined email so I don't need to use the junk folder system.

edit: being able to set how many times it notifies them again after that and the time gap between notifying would be pretty nice kinda how mimecast does.
