This PR includes the future replacement of Solr in it's first experimental state.
To use this feature a new variable FLATCURVE_EXPERIMENTAL has been introduced.
It can either be y or n and is set inside mailcow.conf.
Depending on what is set mailcow is reacting accordingly.
