To field required, unable to use only BCC #66

Any way to send an email only using CC or BCC? Sometimes this is helpful when organizations want to send a blast email without exposing the entire list of recipients.

The current workaround is to add one to address in the "to" line, but it causes some privacy issues and poor user experience.
