Fix issues #13 and #14 #15

Fix / improve #13 and #14:

  1. unitless line-heights ignored by several email clients (d544341);
  2. color of copy in footer ignored by Outlook, Thunderbird (1ca759d).

661b1e6 applies changes from both above to the inlined templates (which seemed to were missing also a few earlier CSS changes).
