Helvetica occurs twice in CSS reset #7

Near the top of styles.css there is this line:

font-family: "Helvetica Neue", "Helvetica", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;

Is there a reason that Helvetica occurs twice (once with quotes and once without)?
