Add documentation for unsupported multipart/related #25

I reached the support who told me that the Send API (last version is 3.1 as of today) do not support multipart/related part when using inlined attachments.

This information should be added to the documentation in the "Send with attached files" section: https://dev.mailjet.com/guides/#send-with-attached-files

Hi @gnuletik ,

Thanks for the suggestion. Actually adding support for multipart/related to Send API v3.1 is under development, but I'm unsure of the status. I'll check with the devs and post the info here afterwards.

FYI the development on this is in its later stages. We need to go through QA first so it's still some time away, but it's going well :) I'll post again once it's released.

Any updates / news on this? Would be really helpful to have this available as option (also related to https://github.com/mailjet/mailjet-apiv3-php/issues/163)
