Create a Quick Responses (or Snippets) Plugin #266

That hooks into "Compose" view and allows for easy inserting of responses to emails.

This would probably be pretty easy to achieve with a tag and a feature that stores the snippets as a draft messages

I think this is already implemented? Replying to e-mails is already super easy, we have snippets to give an overview of the conversation... If I'm misunderstanding, then this issue should be reopened and the description clarified.

Sorry, I didn't describe this clear enough. We have "snippets" of what has been said but the way I meant "snippets" in this case was a collection of pre typed messages that a user can simply select from to quickly paste in their reply message- kind of like a message signature but something that has predefined content which is the whole message, e.g.,

Great to connect. Let's try to link up for an online chat, here are my
various chat identities:

Calling it a "snippet' in this context is probably wrong because of how we already use the term to refer to the other thing. Perhaps we just call these "Quick Responses" or "Canned Responses"
