Remove swfupload #59

A lot of work is being done lately. Not only adding features, but also 
cleaning up legacy stuff. I think this might be worthy of a 1.5 release 
(beta first). Since KFM now supports many ways of tweaking by plugins, I 
think the swfupload should be removed from the KFM core. I am sure that it 
is not difficult to make a theme using swfupload.

Kae, I think you are the best person to do this since you wrote most of the 
upload javascript.

agreed.

I'll want to look over the plugin system again after 1.5 is out, as it's a bit
complex and could be vastly simpler, but yes, there's no reason that swfupload 
should
be part of the core.

SWF upload never worked for me anyway :O
